Mumbai, Jul 9: The Bombay High Court will hear former Indian Premier League Chairman Lalit Modi's petition against the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Wednesday, Jul 14.
Modi's lawyers requested the bench headed by Justice BH Marlapalle to grant an early hearing on his petition against BCCI as the BCCI"s disciplinary Committee had asked him to appear before the panel on Friday, Jul 16.
Modi filed petition against BCCI for his suspension. BCCI issued the suspension order to him on Sunday, Apr 25.
