Rourkela (Orissa), Mar 23: Altogether 71 competitors, including seven women, are participating in the open boxing tournament organised by the sports department of Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) here from today.

A new international standard boxing ring was today inaugurated here by Executive Director of RSP, S S Mohanty in presence of the participants and a large number of sports lovers.

Assistant General Manager, Sports, D N Mishra said the three-day open boxing tournament was being organised after a gap of 20 years in the steel city by RSP. Participants in the category of junior, senior and women will fight for the championship.
