Brandon Ingram Replaces Stephen Curry On 2026 NBA All-Star USA Stripes Roster

Brandon Ingram will step onto the 2026 NBA All-Star Game stage after receiving a late call-up. NBA Commissioner Adam Silver selected the Toronto Raptors forward on Tuesday to replace injured Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry on the USA Stripes roster for Sunday’s showcase.

Curry has already missed Golden State’s last four games because of a persistent right knee problem. Warriors coach Steve Kerr said on Monday that Curry will stay out through the All-Star break. Curry had been voted to a 12th All-Star Game, and Kerr hopes extra rest helps a quick return.

The league confirmed Ingram’s addition to the USA Stripes group with an announcement on social media. Ingram, 28, now holds two All-Star selections across a 10-year NBA career, having first earned the honour during the 2019-20 season with a standout campaign.

Ingram leads Toronto in scoring this season with 22.0 points per game. The forward also averages 5.8 rebounds and 3.7 assists, shooting 47.2 per cent from the field across 52 appearances. Ingram’s play has lifted the Raptors from 30 wins last season to a 32-22 record and fifth place in the Eastern Conference.

The franchise will have strong representation across All-Star weekend. Scottie Barnes is set to feature as part of the USA Stars squad, while Raptors coach Darko Rajakovi will guide the World team from the bench. The All-Star Game takes place at the IntuitDome, the home arena of the Los Angeles Clippers.
