In front of a packed audience of 9,445, Caitlin Clark achieved a career-high 31 points and added 12 assists, leading the Indiana Fever to a decisive 100-81 victory over the struggling Chicago Sky on Friday night. This game marked her final regular-season encounter with fellow rookie standout Angel Reese.

Clark became the only player in league history to record three games with at least 25 points and 10 rebounds in a single season. She shot 8 for 14 from the field, including an impressive 5 for 9 from beyond the arc, securing her 11th double-double of the season.

Reese scored 10 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, surpassing Tina Charles for rookie double-doubles with her 23rd and breaking Sylvia Fowles' Chicago season record. Reese set this record with just over a minute left in the game, after Clark and other Indiana starters had already exited.

The Fever's win improved their record to 16-16, strengthening their playoff chances. Meanwhile, Chicago is barely holding onto the last playoff spot with an 11-20 record as the season nears its end.

Clark's performance may have secured her the top position in the highly anticipated Rookie of the Year race. "I just had a lot of fun playing. I thought we played with a lot of joy," Clark said about their victory.

Reese also set a rookie record with her 399th rebound during this game. Despite her efforts, Chicago struggled to keep up with Indiana's pace throughout the match.
