Canadian businessman completes Marseille takeover

MARSEILLE, France, Mar 1 (Reuters) Jack Kachkar has reached a deal to buy former European champions Olympique Marseille, a spokesman for the Canadian businessman said today.

Kachkar had offered 115 million euros (2 million) to take over the Ligue 1 club and delivered financial guarantees to main shareholder Robert Louis-Dreyfus.
