Warsaw, May 13: Indian grandmaster R Praggnanandhaa showcased his exceptional skills by securing a commendable fourth position in the Superbet rapid and blitz tournament, part of the Grand Chess Tour, on Sunday (May 12).
This event saw the world's leading chess players, including Magnus Carlsen, battle it out for the top spot. Carlsen, with an extraordinary performance of 8/9 on the final day, clinched the victory, finishing ahead of the early leader, Wei Yi from China.

Wei Yi entered the final day with a significant lead but managed only 5 points out of the last nine games, which saw him finish in second place, just half a point behind Carlsen.
