Chopra slips to tied 35th at WGC-Bridgestone Invitational

Akron, Ohio, Aug 2 (UNI) After firing a four over 74 in the second round, Daniel Chopra of Sweden slipped from overnight tied second to tied 35th at the World Golf Championships-Bridgestone Invitational.

Chopra had earlier shot three under 67 in the first round on Thursday. He now has a total of one over 141.

The Swede sank birdies on the seventh, 12th, 17th, dropped bogeys on the second, fourth, sixth and double bogeys on the 15th and 18th.

Fijian Vijay Singh currently leads the field at seven under 133.
