Mumbai, February 15, 2024: College Rivals, the eminent Esports talent hunt in India, is set to conclude with a spectacular LAN finals event on March 3 at Nesco, Mumbai. This event marks the culmination of a highly competitive journey that began in August, drawing 28 promising athletes from across the nation to compete in the grand finale.
A collaborative venture between Ampverse, Asia's premier ecosystem of gaming communities, and DMI Finance, College Rivals seeks to unearth and foster gaming talent from college campuses. The initiative has substantially contributed to reshaping the landscape of Esports in India by offering a unique stage for students to demonstrate their gaming skills.

The competition's structure involved city qualifiers across New Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, and Mumbai, engaging a massive turnout of 92,000 participants. Following this, the top contenders progressed through a League Stage, eventually leading to the LAN event playoffs.
The finalists, comprising 28 college students, will compete across six gaming titles on various platforms. The games include BGMI, with eight finalists, and Road to Valor, Counter-Strike 2, Valorant, Tekken 7, and FIFA 23, each featuring four finalists.

Beyond the competitive gaming, the grand finale promises an immersive experience with activities like meet and greets with famous gamers, live music performances, and arcade gaming zones. Early Bird tickets are available on BookMyShow, with prices starting at INR 299 for individuals and INR 999 for squads of four, inclusive of a complimentary energy drink.
Following the Early Bird phase, tickets will be priced at INR 499 for individuals and INR 1499 for squads. Attendees can anticipate further surprises, including additional artist announcements and VIP tickets.
