Kayla McBride was efficient for Minnesota, scoring 17 points, while Bridget Carleton chipped in with 11. Despite trailing by two points at half-time, the Lynx dominated the second half. Lynx Beat Sky with Strong Second Half

Rachel Banham made a notable contribution by hitting three 3-pointers and finishing with 15 points. Rebecca Allen added depth from the bench with 10 points in just 19 minutes of play. Meanwhile, in another thrilling match-up, DeWanna Bonner scored 22 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as the Phoenix Mercury narrowly defeated the Golden State Valkyries.

Alyssa Thomas played a crucial role for Phoenix by making a decisive free throw with one second left on the clock. This shot secured a narrow 78-77 win over Golden State after an intense fourth quarter where both teams exchanged leads frequently. Thomas ended the game with 17 points and an impressive tally of 11 assists.

Kathryn Westbeld was instrumental for Phoenix as well, sinking four shots from beyond the arc to finish with 14 points. Veronica Burton led Golden State's efforts with 17 points and six assists. Tiffany Hayes also shone by scoring 15 points while making four out of five attempts from long range.

Janelle Salaun contributed to Golden State's fightback by hitting a game-tying jumper with just over six seconds remaining. However, Thomas was fouled during Phoenix's final possession and managed to convert one of her free throws to clinch the victory for her team.
