Commonwealth Games 2026 India Schedule, July 25: Full List of Events, Timings and Athletes

India's athletes will compete across five sports on Day 3 of the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow on Saturday, July 25, with action in lawn bowls, boxing, swimming, artistic gymnastics and 3x3 wheelchair basketball.

After Jhandu Kumar opened India's medal account with bronze in para powerlifting and Lovlina Borgohain secured at least a boxing bronze by reaching the semi-finals, the Indian contingent will look to build momentum on another busy day of competition.

Athletes to watch today

Putul Sonowal will look to continue his impressive run in the men's singles lawn bowls event after a strong start to the tournament, while Rupa Rani Tirkey and Pinki aim to strengthen their position in the women's pairs competition.

In boxing, Sachin begins his men's 60kg campaign against Canada's Keoma Al-Ahmadieh, with victory sending him into the next round.

India's women's 3x3 wheelchair basketball team also opens its campaign against Wales in Pool B, while swimmers Dhakshan Shashikumar and Aryan Nehra will target qualification for the men's 400m freestyle final later in the evening.

The day's action concludes with the women's artistic gymnastics team final, where Pranati Nayak, Nishka Agarwal, Protishta Samanta and Eshitaa Rewale will compete for team honours while also seeking qualification for the individual events.
