Crowd trouble halts St Etienne-Lyon derby

PARIS, Mar 3 (Reuters) The Ligue 1 match between St Etienne and Olympique Lyon was halted following crowd trouble today.

Referee Tony Chapron sent the players back to the dressing rooms in the 52nd minute after tear gas appeared to have been thrown from the stands.

Lyon were leading 3-0 with goals by Kim Kallstrom, Tiago and Fred.
