CWG 2014: India's medal winners on day 11 (August 2)

Glasgow, Aug 3: It was a good day for India on Saturday (August 2) as they won 10 medals including a historic gold in squash at the Commonwealth Games here.

Dipika Pallikal and Joshana Chinappa created history by clinching the first-ever gold in squash. They won the women's doubles final. India won 1 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze on Saturday to take their tally to 61 and stayed at fifth in the standings.

Today (August 3) is the last day of CWG 2014. In CWG 2010 at New Delhi, India won a record 101 medals (38 Gold, 27 Silver, 36 Bronze).
