Delhi declare at 315 against J&K, tons by Anjum, Asha

Srinagar, Oct 21 (UNI) Centuries by Anjum Chopra and Asha Rawat helped Delhi pile up a huge score of 315 for the loss of two wickets before declaring on the first day of a two-day league match against Jammu and Kashmir in the women's senior cricket tournament being played at the Sher-i-Kashmir cricket stadium here today.

Delhi won the toss and elected to bat first.

The visitors played brilliantly to amass a huge score before declaring their first innings at 315 for the loss of two wickets.

For the home team, Meenu and Jyoti took one wicket each.

Starting their innings, Jammu and Kashmir lost three wickets in quick succession when the scorecard read just 30 before stumps were drawn for the day.

For Delhi, Lalita Sharma took two wickets while Dipti scalped one wicket.
