Dempo clip Air India's wings; drub them 4-1

Mumbai, Dec 20 (UNI) Goan giants Dempo grounded Air India to an abrupt halt scoring a facile 4-1 win in the seventh round encounter of the inaugural football I League at Cooperage here today.

With this win, Dempo have collected 17 points so far, while Air India remained on seven points from seven matches.

Air India which had their confidence up after a good win over East Bengal in the last round, were totally outplayed by the Goan side to suffer an humiliating 1-4 defeat on their home turf.
