In a significant move, the organizers have introduced a specialized Quick Response Team of physiotherapists, strategically deployed every two kilometers along the route to offer immediate medical assistance.

This initiative is led by the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP), under the leadership of Dr. Sanjiv Jha, IAP President, and Dr. Ruchi Varshney, President of the IAP Women Cell, who have emphasized the importance of professional care during such events.
