Dr Susana to accompany Asia School Championship team as GM

Panaji, Oct 30 (UNI) School Games Federation of India has appointed Goa's Director of sports and Youth Affairs Dr Susana de Souza as General Manager of India's Under 18 School Football team for the Asian School Football Championship.

Speaking at a press conference here today, Dr de Souza said the Federation had shortlisted 25 players from all over India, which included three football players from the state, for the Championship, to be held at Zhushi in China from November 17 to 27.

The coaching camp for the players will be held in Goa from November 1 to 8, while the team will leave for China via Delhi on November 14, Dr de Souza said.
