Melbourne, Sept 2 : When rumours of the romance between Michael Phelps and fellow Olympian Stephanie Rice were making waves in the media, there was one person who remained unaffected - the latter's ex beau swimming star Eamon Sullivan.

Sullivan has revealed that though the break-up was 'heartbreaking' and 'upsetting', he was easygoing about the reports of his ex's party pash with Phelps.

He said that he wasn't shocked and though it was funny that the two best swimmers in the world would be together.

"I wasn't shocked or taken aback. I thought it was kind of funny that the two best swimmers in the world would get it together," News.com.au quoted him, as telling a magazine.
