Bengaluru, Feb 26: The Karnataka State Equestrian Competition, organized under the aegis of the Karnataka Riding Association, the officially affiliated equestrian sports association of the Karnataka Olympic Association, concluded successfully on February 22, 2026, at the Embassy International Riding School (EIRS).
The highlight of the one-day meet was the Show Jumping 100-110 cm category - the highest class of the competition - where Hiba Karim, riding Ascot DE Jaf of FSS, produced a composed and technically sound round to secure first place.

Competing against a strong field of riders from leading clubs across the state, Karim's performance underlined her growing stature in Karnataka's competitive show jumping circuit.
The event featured multiple classes across heights and formats, including clear round and graded show jumping events, providing a competitive platform for both emerging riders and experienced athletes. The competition reaffirmed KRA's commitment to structured grassroots development and regular competitive exposure for riders and horses in the state.
