London, June 24 : The four England rugby stars at the centre of Auckland rape allegation have been named by a British tabloid newspaper.
The Sun newspaper claims Danny Care, Topsy Ojo, Mike Brown and David Strettle are the players involved in the sex scandal.
Two of the players have reportedly admitted a three in a bed romp with a lap-dancer while two more watched at the Hilton hotel.
The Sun says the players feel under pressure and they are angry, as they believe they have done nothing wrong.
But they have been banned from speaking out.
Red-faced bosses have warned that they will never play for their country again if they ignore the gag.
It means the four caught up in sex allegations at the team hotel during a tour of New Zealand cannot yet publicly declare their innocence.
"The players involved feel under pressure and angry. They are single guys who said they did nothing wrong. Players who had nothing to do with it are furious too. The whole squad feels it will stay under a shadow until the air is cleared," The Sun quoted a source, as saying.
An 18-year-old lapdancer claimed she was raped at Auckland's Hilton Hotel after a booze-fuelled night.
She has so far made no formal complaint.
