ER clinches All India Inter Railway RPF trophy

Kolkata, Nov 22 (UNI) The Eastern Railway (ER) today emerged champions in the 17th All India Inter Railway RPF football tournament, beating Railway Protection Special Force RPSF 5-0 in the final at Srilata stadium at Chittaranjan today.

ER's Samanta Kisku was the leading scorer with three goals in the match.

The Northest Frontier Railway secured the third place in the tournament, which was participated by 14 teams from zonal railways.

ER Additional General Manager N S Kasturirangan handed over the trophy to the winners in the presence of ER Chief Security Commissioner S C Sinha and Chittaranjan Locomotove Works Security Commissioner Md Sakib.
