Favourites have easy victories in first round

Hyderabad, May 21 (UNI) Fancied players notched up victories in their opening round matches in the National Women's-B Chess Championship which began here today.

Padmini Rout (Orissa), Kiran Manisha Mohenty (Orissa), Swati Mohoto (West Bengal), Sai Meera (Bank Sports Board (BSB)) and Ramya Krishna (Andhra Pradesh) won the first round games easily.
