Caitlin Clark joked that "telepathy" explains the strong link with Aliyah Boston after the Indiana Fever edged the Chicago Sky 114-106 in overtime. You can be teammates and play basketball, but if you really care for each other, and love each other off the court, and that goes for our whole team, when you have that bond, and you truly get to know somebody and build a relationship with them, that helps. Because when you're on the court, you're gonna go through moments of adversitythat's just basketball. [Friendship]is what helps you get through, and I always know where Aliyah is. We've got a little telepathy now, so hopefully we get that going more.

Boston explained how Clark’s presence off ball screens shaped the Sky defence and opened lanes inside. The attention [Clark] gets coming off the ball screenobviously, she can shoot and make the right pass, so they were kind of up, and then she did a great job just hitting me, and then vice versa.
