Film festival depicting 'Sports on Celluloid' to begin tomorrow

Mumbai, Apr 25 (UNI) A three-day festival celebrating movies with sports themes - 'Sports on Celluloid' will be held at the Max Mueller Bhavan here from tomorrow.

The festival has been organised by Max Mueller in collaboration with Sports Movies and TV Mumbai Film Festival.

The festival will see the screening of a wide range of movies from the 'Miracle of Bern', to 'On the trail of the Eagle', 'Kabaddi Cops' and 'Weekend Warriors' among others.

The festival will see the screening of films from Germany, France, Canada and United Kingdom.

This is the second such festival being organised by Max Mueller Bhavan with the first one being held last year before the 2006 football World Cup which was held in Germany.

The entry to the festival is free and the movies will begin daily at 1830 hrs.
