India's Angad Bisht is thrilled with the support he has received so far and is ready to give it his all to get closer to landing a UFC contract via the Road To UFC Season 3, which enters the last four stage in four weight classes.
Road to UFC Season 3 is back for the semifinals round in the four divisions with episodes 5 and 6 set to air on Saturday, 24th August from 6.30 AM IST onwards only on Sony Sports Network.

Road to UFC Season 3 continues to highlight talents across four weight divisions: flyweight, bantamweight, featherweight, and women's strawweight which was introduced during this season.
In the semifinals will be the highly anticipated return of Indian Angad Bisht in the flyweight division of the tournament. Bisht, who boasts a professional record of 10-3 will face DongHun Choi from South Korea.
Both fighters delivered exceptional performances and won their opening round matches, setting the stage for this nail-biting encounter. Ahead of his fight, Bisht said it was an honour to represent India on such a big stage and wants to make the most of his chance.
"It has been an incredible journey reaching the semi-finals of this tournament. This is a remarkable chance for me, and I'm fully committed to giving my all to make it to the finals and secure a UFC contract," Bisht was quoted as saying in a Sony Sports Network release.

The official weigh ins took place at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas. All fighters on RTU season 3 semifinal card, including, Bisht and his opponent Choi successfully made weight and faced off for their encounters.
Bisht is looking to follow Anshul Jubli as the second Indian MMA fighter to land a UFC contract through the Road to UFC tournament. Jubli won the tournament in the inaugural edition in the lightweight category.
