In his return from injury, Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 31 points and secured 16 rebounds, guiding the Milwaukee Bucks to a decisive win over the Utah Jazz and halting their six-game losing streak.

Damian Lillard scored 34 points, while Giannis Antetokounmpo added 31 points and 16 rebounds, leading the Milwaukee Bucks to a 123-100 victory over the Utah Jazz. This win ended a six-game losing streak for the Bucks. Antetokounmpo returned after missing a game due to a right adductor strain. The Bucks had not lost six consecutive games since March 2015.

Giannis Antetokounmpo's return was significant as he became Milwaukee's all-time leader in offensive rebounds. He surpassed Marques Johnson, who had held the record with 1,468 rebounds from 1977 to 1984. Antetokounmpo now has a career total of 1,469 offensive rebounds. His performance was crucial in helping the Bucks avoid their first seven-game losing streak since March 2014.

Antetokounmpo Leads Bucks to Victory

The Utah Jazz were led by Jordan Clarkson, who scored 18 points off the bench. Despite leading 71-70 at one point, the Jazz couldn't maintain their advantage. The Bucks seized control with a decisive 17-1 run late in the third quarter. Lillard and Antetokounmpo combined to score Milwaukee's first 15 points during this stretch.

Anthony Edwards showcased his skills with an impressive performance for the Minnesota Timberwolves against the Chicago Bulls. Edwards scored 33 points, grabbed eight rebounds, and provided six assists in their 135-119 victory. Julius Randle contributed with 22 points and ten rebounds, while Rudy Gobert added 21 points and nine boards.

The Timberwolves overcame a challenging start, trailing by as much as 13 points before rallying for their second consecutive win. Chicago led by five after three quarters but couldn't hold on as Minnesota dominated the fourth quarter. Edwards' two crucial three-pointers helped secure a lead that forced Chicago into a timeout.

Spurs Overcome Trail Blazers Without Popovich

The San Antonio Spurs managed to defeat the Portland Trail Blazers with a score of 118-105 despite being without coach Gregg Popovich for four games due to a medical issue. Keldon Johnson and Malaki Branham each scored 17 points to lead San Antonio's efforts in snapping their two-game losing streak.

Zach Collins and Julian Champagnie also contributed significantly with each scoring 14 points for the Spurs. Malaki Branham had to leave early in the fourth quarter due to an ankle injury but not before making an impact on both ends of the court.

The Trail Blazers were led by Deandre Ayton and Jerami Grant, each scoring 21 points. Anfernee Simons added another solid performance with his contribution of nineteen points for Portland. However, it wasn't enough as San Antonio reserves combined for an impressive total of fifty-eight points.
