Global Sports Pickleball recently hosted India's largest Monsoon Pickleball Tournament, attracting nearly 900 participants from both India and abroad. The event, held over six days at a top venue in Mumbai, showcased a mix of emerging talents and seasoned players.

The grand finale on August 3, 2025, was a significant milestone in India's pickleball journey. The tournament's scale and professionalism set a new standard for the region, where pickleball is still gaining popularity.

India Hosts Largest Monsoon Pickleball Tournament

Global Sports Pickleball has established itself as a pioneer by organising an event of this magnitude. No other organiser in India or the surrounding area has executed such a large-scale pickleball tournament.

Matches were held for juniors, amateurs, seniors, and professionals, highlighting the sport's inclusive nature. Enthusiastic crowds enjoyed competitive rallies and sportsmanship throughout the event. Beyond competition, it was a community celebration involving families, coaches, clubs, and enthusiasts.

"Post the Monsoon Pickleball Championships 3.0, it's clear that Pickleball is here to stay," said Shashank Khaitan, Co-founder of Global Sports Pickleball. "The growth has been phenomenal, with players from across India and beyond impressing top international athletes."

The tournament generated over 2.7 million digital and social media impressions, highlighting its impact among fans and athletes. Global Sports Pickleball currently operates 82 courts across India and Dubai. This success has paved the way for more large-format events and global partnerships.
