Greg Chappell to coach All stars against Australian team

Melbourne, Nov 4 (UNI) Former captain Greg Chappell has been named as coach of the All Stars' team for the upcoming Twenty20 match against the current Australian team scheduled for November 14.

Cricket Australia (CA) has scheduled a Twenty20 contest between an Australian Cricketers' Association All Stars' team, a team which will feature Australia's retired and the current Australian team, as the season opening match on November 14.

The All stars' team will be captained by retired Australian wicketkeeper Adam Gilchrist.

The 60-year-old Chappell, who was recently appointed head coach of CA's centre of excellence, will coach the side that will include retired stars like Adam Gilchrist and Justin Langer, and could also feature fringe players like Andrew Symonds and Shaun Tait.
