HCA Statistician dead

Hyderabad, Dec 5 (UNI) Hyderabad Cricket Association's (HCA) Official Scorer-cum-Statistician Blessington Thomas has died of heart attack.

After he complained of chest pain, family members took him to hospital last night where he was pronounced brought dead.

Blessington Thomas, in fact, was on duty scoring the Hyderabad and Orissa match for the first three days.

With high fever, he could not attend the last day of the match yesterday.

In a condolence message to his family members, HCA expressed shock and said the sudden demise was a great losss to the cricket fraternity and the association.
