India to play Iran in Asian Youth Volleybal champsionship final

Kuala Lumpur, May 27 (UNI) India will take on defending champions Iran in the final of the 6th Asian Boys Under-19 Volleyball Championship here.

In the semi-finals, India edged out China 25-21, 21-25, 25-20, 20-25, 15-13 in a see-saw battle while Iran defeated title contenders South Korea 25-19, 20-25, 25-20, 25-22.

In the 5th to 8th classification matches, Malaysia went down 21-25, 20-25, 16-25 to Japan, while Taiwan downed Australia 27-25, 25-16, 29-27.
