Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante wants to add more silverware

London, July 21: English Premier League's player of the season, N'Golo Kante has stated that his club Chelsea will be out to win every available trophy next season as he feels there is enough quality in the squad to win every major competition.

The London side showed dominance in the most of the last season in the league and eventually won the Premier league title with two weeks to go. Kante won back to back title with Chelsea after moving from Leicester City for £30million where he inspired Leicester City's to an incredible title.

However, the French midfielder lost the chance to make a double with them after they lost out against Arsenal in the FA Cup final.

In a recent interview with the clubs official website, the 26-yar-old has suggested that they want to perform better than last season and want to add every possible silverware for the club.

"Football is like this: after every game you have to do better in the next and the [upcoming] season is the same," Kante said.

"After last season we have to start in the same way and try to do better."

"We are looking to do a better season together and we know at a club like Chelsea a good season means to win titles. So we will try to win some titles. Win, win, win. We will fight for everything."

"We will fight against good teams. So it is going to be difficult. But we will try to win everything we play in."

The Frenchman also revealed that he wishes to improve his game in the next season despite being named the Player of the Year by the PFA, FWA and wants to score more goals and provide assists to his teammates.

"I can always improve," he said. "Maybe score more goals and more assists, always help the team the best I can. Sometimes I can help the team to score, to make the last pass or to get more chances and try to score. Maybe I can do this more often."

Kante is currently in China for their Pre-season tour with Chelsea and will play their first match against Arsenal on Saturday (July 22) in Beijing.
