Indore talent in nat'l woodball squad

Indore, Oct 15 (UNI) Local talent Dhananjay Mandle has earned a berth in the 16-member national squad taking part in the 1st Asian Woodball Championship scheduled at Bali from October 18-26.

''Mandle was chosen on the basis of his recent performance at the Senior National Competition in Nagpur,'' Madhya Pradesh Woodball Association General Secretary Suryadutt Joshi told mediapersons here today.

The event is expected to witness participation by a total of 46 countries.
