International Series Morocco Final Round: Bhullar Stays T27, Watson Takes One Shot Lead

India’s Gaganjeet Bhullar moved to T27 after a 4-under 69 in the third round of the US$2 million International Series Morocco presented by Visit Morocco at Royal Golf Dar Es Salam in Rabat on 14 June 2026. Ajeetesh Sandhu dropped to T47, while Karandeep Kochhar finished on 2-under 71.

Bhullar, an 11-time Asian Tour winner, made four birdies and one bogey on the tough course. He said he hit 14 of 17 fairways, created many birdie chances, and would stick to the same routine in the fourth round after playing solid golf over the last 54 holes.

Bhullar T27 as Watson leads

“I felt I hit the ball really well today; I probably hit 14 out of 17 fairways. I gave myself so many birdie opportunities, made five birdies, and dropped one shot on the last. Other than that, it was a good ball striking day, putted well, and it was one of those rounds where I was right there, and with a few more good breaks, it could have gone the other way,” said Bhullar. He added that he would keep to the same process on Sunday.

Sandhu and Kochhar end the day with mixed results

Sandhu carded six birdies, but five bogeys and a double bogey left him at 1-over for the day. Kochhar, meanwhile, closed the third round with five birdies in his 71. The Indian group now heads into the final round with Bhullar best placed among them.

Player Third-round score Position

Ajeetesh Sandhu 1-over T47
Karandeep Kochhar 71 (-2) Not stated

Watson takes narrow lead

Bubba Watson moved into sole lead after a late stumble on the par-73 Red Course. The 47-year-old American, a two-time Masters champion and RangeGoats GC skipper on LIV Golf, led by one shot after a four-under 69, with back-to-back bogeys on the 14th and 15th holes before a birdie on the 17th.

Watson, chasing his first win since the 2018 Travelers Championship on the PGA Tour, leads Thailand’s 2022 champion Jazz Janewattananond, who shot 67, and Hong Kong’s Taichi Kho, who posted 68. Japan’s Takanori Konishi shot a bogey-free 66 and is tied fourth at 12-under with Thailand’s Pavit Tangkamolprasert, while Julien Sale and Suteepat Prateeptienchai share sixth at 11-under.

Watson hit eight of 15 fairways but found 15 greens in regulation. His best birdie came from 12 feet on the 10th, after Pavit had made an eagle on the same hole. International Series Morocco is the third leg of the Asian Tour’s elevated events and is being played in Morocco for the fourth time.
