J'khand asserts to hold 34th National Games on time
Ranchi, Jan 13 (UNI) With speculations on the state's capability to hold 34th National Games later this year, the Jharkhand Olympic Association today asserted the host would keep its dignity intact by holding it as scheduled.
JOA president R K Anand said the National Games would be held late this year and infastucture would be ready by September next.
Though the pace of the prepartion was not up to the mark, yet it was satisfatory, the JOA president said at a press conference here.
He said the state government was leaing no stone untuned adding Sports Minister Banhu Tirkey was showing serious concern for the event.
