Undefeated Russian sensation Asadula Imangazaliev has responded to glowing praise from Joe Rogan ahead of his vacant ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Title clash against legendary former champion Nong-O at ONE Friday Fights 147 on March 20.
Rogan, one of martial arts' most recognizable voices through The Joe Rogan Experience and his commentary work, recently highlighted the 22-year-old Dagestani striker's terrifying potential.

"There's this cat coming out of Dagestan right now who's like 22 years old, and he is f*****g everybody up. A Dagestani Muay Thai fighter who's one of the most terrifying strikers alive right now. A lot of people think he's the best striker alive," Rogan said.
For the Team Mehdi Zatout representative, recognition from a figure of Rogan's stature validates years of hard work. Imangazaliev, however, believes his best performances remain ahead of him.
"I believe I haven't fully revealed my potential yet. I'm still a young fighter, and I'm happy that people are starting to notice my hard work. But I believe this is only the beginning," Imangazaliev said.
The unorthodox knockout artist carries a perfect 11-0 career record and 7-0 ONE mark with six finishes. His diverse striking arsenal and finishing ability set him apart from traditional Muay Thai fighters.
Standing opposite will be Nong-O, a 39-year-old Thai icon who ruled the bantamweight division for years as ONE's longtime champion. The legendary striker carries a 267-58 career record and 12-4 ONE slate into this flyweight title challenge.
This bout represents Nong-O's opportunity to become a two-division ONE World Champion, cementing his legacy as one of Muay Thai's all-time greats. Imangazaliev, however, plans to show the legend that a new era has arrived.
"In this fight, I want to show that I'm on a different level and that I deserve to be the champion. I respect him as a fighter and as a legend, but once the fight starts, I will be hunting him every second," Imangazaliev said.
