Former ONE Bantamweight World Champion John Lineker returned to the win column two weeks ago. And already, "Hands of Stone" has another huge battle to prepare for in six weeks' time.
The Brazilian knockout artist will take on #2-ranked bantamweight MMA contender Stephen Loman on Saturday, 30 September, at ONE Fight Night 14. The contenders are the division's top two talents, and it will make for an interesting affair when the pair collide next month at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

The turnaround has been a fast-paced development for Lineker. "Hands of Stone" was last in action on Saturday, 5 August, inside Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. The MMA veteran locked horns with Kim Jae Woong at ONE Fight Night 13.
And, in dramatic fashion, a furious Lineker managed to clinch the finish with four seconds left in the fight. It proved to be a massive win on his part, snapping a year-long run without a victory.
Meanwhile, Loman has been dominating each opponent on his climb up the bantamweight ranks. The Filipino star has crafted a perfect 3-0 slate since joining ONE, taking out established names in the process.
"The Sniper's" last performance came against the battle-tested former ONE Bantamweight World Champion Bibiano Fernandes at ONE on Prime Video 3 last November. Loman bested the promotional legend over the course of three rounds to cement his divisional position.
There's more to a victory than what meets the eye when Lineker and Loman clash at ONE Fight Night 14 in September. In fact, the winner could potentially find themselves on the brink of divisional gold.
Lineker wants to avenge his loss to ONE Bantamweight World Champion Fabricio Andrade, but it'll be new territory for Loman. The 28-year-old comes as one of the brightest stars in the division. And with a win over a former king in Lineker, he might just be next for "Wonder Boy."
Andrade will be busy for now, though. He's switching sports to challenge ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion Jonathan Haggerty for the vacant ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Title at ONE Fight Night 15 on 7 October.
