John Terry's 'lover' at centre of bidding war in media

London, Feb 2 (ANI): French model Vanessa Perroncel who allegedly had a fling with England football skipper John Terry is now is at the centre of a bidding war in the media.

According to her publicist Max Clifford, Perroncel has been offered 250,000pounds to tell her side of the story.

Clifford also revealed he was in talks with at least six media outlets, all of which wanted Perroncel's opinion on the events.

"The 250,000-pound offer is just the latest bid. I am in negotiations on her behalf," Sky News quoted him, as saying.

He added: "It's a story that everyone's talking about and it's a story that obviously all the papers and the television networks are very, very keen to get to the bottom of and find out what the truth is.

"If the allegations in the papers are true then of course it's going to be very damaging to John Terry, particularly from a personal point of view.

"If the allegations are true, then you would imagine his wife is absolutely devastated."

Meanwhile, many are now comparing Terry to golfer Tiger Woods after his romps with a string of secret lovers were revealed.

The married footie's name has already been linked to 10 girls, and if sources are to be believed Terry could outscore Woods with his flings. (ANI)
