Justin Thomas is eager to earn Tiger Woods' endorsement by winning the Hero World Challenge. Woods, a 15-time major winner, is hosting the event at Albany Golf Club in the Bahamas. After three rounds, Thomas leads by one stroke over world number one Scottie Scheffler, who missed a birdie putt on the 18th hole and stands at 16 under par.
Thomas expressed his excitement about potentially receiving the trophy from Woods, saying: "Yeah, yeah, that would be great. I've had a couple of opportunities in the past, but it's something I'd love to check off my box in my career at some point."

The leaderboard with 18 holes remaining shows Justin Thomas leading at 17 under par. Scottie Scheffler follows closely at 16 under. Tom Kim is in third place with 15 under par after an impressive round on Saturday. Keegan Bradley holds fourth place at 13 under par.
Thomas has not secured a title since winning the PGA Championship in May 2022 but is well-positioned after shooting a bogey-free six-under-par 66 on Saturday. "I've been progressing nicely and have been working on all the right things," said Thomas.
Tom Kim made significant strides on Saturday, climbing seven spots to third place after scoring a remarkable 62. However, a double-bogey on the 17th dashed his hopes of matching the course record of 61. Kim trails Thomas by two shots and leads Keegan Bradley by two strokes.
Cameron Young, who led after the first round, has slipped to 12th place with five under par following a par score of 72.
"I feel like I've been seeing signs of improvement," Thomas added. "That's all I can do; I can't control everybody else or what's going on." He remains focused on playing his best and hoping it will be enough for victory on Sunday.
Sahith Theegala and Akshay Bhatia are tied for fifth place, each sitting one shot behind Bradley.
The tournament continues to offer thrilling competition as players vie for top positions in this prestigious event hosted by Tiger Woods.
