Kadam, Pardkar, Dekhane, Nagraj enter last four stage

Pune, Aug 4 (UNI) Vaibhav Kadam of HSBC, Ashay Pardkar of Cybage, Amit Dekhane and Arun Nagraj of Infosys enter the semi-finals of the men's singles at Demag Cup Table Tennis Challenge second in the series of corporate sports, organised by Sport Nexus, being played at the Town Hall committee Sports Complex here today.

In the quarter-final round, Arun Nagraj put out top seed Amit Bhandwale of PTC 3-11, 11-4, 11-6, 11-7 and entered the semi-final.

In another interesting match, Vaibhav Kadam managed to win over Manish Kakade of Infosys 12-10, 10-12, 11-9, 11-9, while Ashay Pardkar of Cybage had an easy win over Rajeev Kullmnwar of Excel Computer 11-2, 11-4, 11-3. Amit Dekhane scrape past Rangnath Mgadi of HSBC 9-11, 12-10, 6-11, 11-7, 11-9.

The final rounds of the tournament will be played at the Deccan Gymkhana Club. The prizes will distribution will be held at the hands of Suhas Baxi of Demag Company.
