Steve Kerr believes the Golden State Warriors can manage their offense even if Stephen Curry is sidelined. Curry injured his ankle during the Warriors' 112-104 defeat to the Los Angeles Clippers. Kerr mentioned that Curry described the injury as mild or moderate after leaving in the fourth quarter. However, reports indicate Curry might miss several games due to multiple sprains on his left ankle.
Kerr expressed confidence in the team's depth, saying, "I feel more comfortable that we can withstand an absence offensively without Steph because of [our] depth." He added that Curry is doing okay and has sprained that ankle many times before, so he doesn't think it's too bad, but it remains a concern.

Andrew Wiggins, who scored 29 points with an impressive 11-of-15 shooting performance, is expected to take on a larger role if Curry is out for an extended period. Kerr praised Wiggins' strong start and noted he's an obvious candidate to receive more opportunities with the ball. "Wiggs is off to a great start and had a great night," Kerr said. "But we've got a deep team. We've got a lot of guys who can play. We will be ready."
Curry's teammate Buddy Hield shared with ESPN that the team needs to remain united through this challenge. Gary Payton II, who assisted Curry off the court, echoed this sentiment by saying, "[I just] shake my head. Hate to have it, especially with him. But we'll be all right." Payton hopes Curry won't miss too many games but acknowledges they must adapt.
This season, Curry has averaged 18.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 6.7 assists over three games. His absence could impact the team's dynamics significantly; however, Kerr's confidence in his players suggests they are prepared to face this hurdle together.
