Kompany says City treats stars like Tevez as family

London, Jan.22 (ANI): Mid-fielder Vincent Kompany says the explosive form of Carlos Tevez is due to him being loved as part of the Manchester City family.

The Argentinean showed his old club Manchester United exactly what they had lost with two goals and a man-of-the-match display in the Carling Cup semi-final at Eastlands on Tuesday.

"We are like a family here. Carlos belongs to this family and feels part of it here. That works out well for him because we are all happy for him to do well. We've got a very, very good team spirit," The Sun quoted Kompany, as saying. (ANI)
