Kulabdam Aiming For Impressive Victory To Secure Main Roster Spot At ONE Friday Fights 137

By MyKhel Staff

Four straight victories have brought Thai knockout artist Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai to the brink of a contract, and now he plans to deliver a spectacular finish against veteran PTT Apichart Farm to secure another spot on ONE's main roster at ONE Friday Fights 137 on 19 December.

The two-time Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion brings an impressive 75-20 career record and 11-5 ONE mark into this high-stakes matchup. Known as "Left Meteorite" for his extraordinary knockout ability in his left hand, Kulabdam aims for a six-figure contract.

His opponent, PTT, carries a remarkable 112-24 career record with significantly more professional experience. The veteran Thai striker has proven his durability and toughness throughout his extensive career against elite competition.

Despite his impressive winning streak and knockout power, Kulabdam surprisingly views himself as the underdog in this bantamweight clash. The Thai striker acknowledges PTT's vast ring experience gives him a significant advantage in overall combat knowledge.

"Honestly, I consider myself the underdog against PTT. Speaking purely on ring experience, he is far superior to me. The only thing I am confident I can compete with is my experience in small gloves," Kulabdam said.

"His strengths are his toughness and durability, and his weakness is his less-than-stellar defense system, which should give me plenty of openings to attack. But it all depends on whether I can drop him because he's been so durable in his last two fights."

The 27-year-old acknowledges that PTT's durability in recent fights raises questions about whether even his powerful strikes can produce a finish. Kulabdam must solve the puzzle of how to hurt an opponent who has absorbed significant punishment without going down.

However, the Thai knockout artist remains confident in his finishing ability and believes spectacular victory will finally earn him the lucrative main roster contract he seeks. Kulabdam views this bout as his opportunity to prove he belongs among ONE Championship's elite Muay Thai fighters.

"I am determined to finish PTT. I am very confident that if I win via knockout, or at least win by a good-looking unanimous decision, it will be time for me to earn a contract," Kulabdam said.
