Late eagle steers Ogilvie to maiden Tour win in Milwaukee

CHICAGO, July 23 (Reuters) Joe Ogilvie eagled the par-four 16th hole before sealing a four-stroke victory and his first PGA Tour title at the U.S. Bank Championship in Milwaukee.

The 33-year-old American broke a tie with South African Tim Clark with the eagle and also shot a closing birdie to shoot a final-round 67 and win the tournament with a 14-under-par total of 266 yesterday.

Clark, South Korea's Charlie Wi and American Tim Herron tied for second at 270.

Ogilvie let out a loud yell and high-fived his caddie after his ball rolled into the hole at 16 for the eagle.

Herron had started the day a shot clear of Ogilvie and Clark, but he fired a two-over 72 on Sunday with Clark shooting a 71 and Wi 68.

The title was the first in 230 PGA tournaments for Ogilvie, who had finished second three times and third twice on the Tour.
