Lawyers World Cup from tomorrow

Hyderabad, Dec 29 (UNI) Indian Advocates Cricket Association (IACA) with the Bar Council of India, will organise 'Lawyers Cricket World Cup' from tomorrow to January 7, here.

Chief Justice of India Justice K G Balakrishnan would inaugurate the event at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium at Uppal near here.

Supreme Court Judges Mr Justice Arijit Pasayat and Mr Justice B Sudershan Reddy would be the Guest of Honours.

High Court Chief Justices, Justice Bilal Nazki (Andhra Pradesh), Justice H L Dattu (Kerala), Justice J Chalameshwar(Assam) and Bombay High Court Judge, Justice J N Patel would also attend the function.

Justice Prakash Moosai, Judge, Trinidad and Tobago, Commonwealth Lawyers Cricket Association President Ron Heinrich from Australia, Solicitor General of Sri Lanka Priyasath Deb and Bar Council of India Chairman Gopa Kumaran Nair would take part in the event.

Andhra Pradesh Sports Minister D Damodar Reddy and Assembly Speaker K R Suresh Reddy, Labour Minister and Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) President G Vinod and HCA Secretary Hisvalal Yadav would also be present at the function.
