Brussels, Oct 10; Linex Magic of Spain won the European Club Cup by virtue of their 4-2 victory against Economist Saratov in the final round of men's championship in Antalya, Kemer, Turkey.

Russia's Ural Chess Club took the second place, while the third position holders are Tomsk, who edged out top seed OSC Baden Baden in the final round.

Inspite of winning his game in the last round, which also marked his first time since he became the World Champion, Viswanathan Anand could not come to the rescue Baden Baden. Even his fellow colleague and countrymen Pentala Harikrishna's win in the last round did not bear any fruit for the top seed.
