Linford Christie's niece on track for Olympic fame, Miss World crown

London, May 20 (ANI): Sprinter Linford Christie's niece is on track for Olympic fame and the Miss World crown.

Gorgeous Rachel Christie, 20, who trains with gold medallist Linford, 49, is tipped to represent Britain in 2012 as a 400m sprinter and heptathlete.

She has also just been crowned Miss London, meaning she is up for the Miss England title in July.

If Rachel wins she will compete for Miss World in December - but she says athletics is her real focus.

The 5ft 10in beauty said: "To win gold in my home city would be unbelievable. When I run with my uncle now I always wonder what it would be like to win what he did." (ANI)
