Manan hits double century in Punjab inter district

Chandigarh, Apr 18 (UNI) A stupendous knock of 210 by Manan Vohra, who trains at Yograj's training centre, helped Chandigarh pile up a mammoth total of 442 for 9 in 95 overs against Amritsar in the Punjab Inter-District Under-15 Cricket Tournament for the Sushil Bali Trophy at the Gandhi Ground in Amritsar.

Chandigarh won the toss and elected to bat. Besides Manan Vohra, other main scorers for Chandigarh were Naveen Dhiman (89), Shubam (56) andShamul Rathi (45 not out).

Kunal Passi (4 for 97) and Vinay (4 for 137) were the main wicket takers for Amritsar. At the end of the day's play, Amritsar had scored 7 for 1 in 3 overs.
