Manipur dominates climbing competition

Imphal, Oct 6: Manipur continued to dominate the ninth North East Zone Climbing competition with the state team winning gold medals in the boys and girls events on the third day here today.

The hosts had so far won seven gold, three silver and one bronze while Meghalaya had managed two silver and Arunachal Pradesh one silver medal.

More than 100 competitors from Manipur, Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim and Tripura are participating in the competition.
