New York , Jan 4: Former Olympic champion Marion Jones believes that she has been punished enough for using steroids and does not want to get any prison time. Jones had lied to Federal investigators in court about using performance enhancing drugs.

Marion Jones had won five Olympic medals and they were all stripped away from her because of her use of steroids. Prosecutors meanwhile believe that she should be sentenced to no more than six months in jail. On top of all this, Jones and Tim Montgomery are also convicted of lying about being involved in a check fraud scheme that would give them millions of dollars in stolen and forged checks. Montgomery who was also a track star is also the father of Jones" eldest son, pleaded guilty for being involved in the conspiracy. Looks like Marion Jones really can"t get a break, first steroids now she is in a forged check scheme? Maybe she should go to jail to get her ass back on track!
