Esports World Cup 2025 is set to feature VALORANT for the first time, and S8UL Esports is making a significant move by unveiling a star-studded VALORANT roster aimed at global dominance.
The Mumbai-based organisation has assembled a team comprising both seasoned professionals and emerging talents, reflecting its commitment to elevating India's presence in the international esports arena.

Leading the lineup is Sagnik "Hellff" Roy, a prominent figure in the Indian VALORANT scene and the Predator League India 2025 champion. Joining him is Shravana "Techno" Kumar Sahoo, his teammate from the championship run, aiming to build on their established synergy.
The roster is further strengthened by international players: Bryston "Miz" Tan from Singapore, fresh off a championship victory in the G League 2025 Episode 1, and Muhammad "k1ngkappa" Axel Syahbanna Dadan from Indonesia, who secured a runner-up finish at the OneGame Showdown 2024.
Completing the team are promising Indian talents Hrisikesh "hybr1d" Awate, Nathan "D1SEASE" Mascarenhas, and Onkar "AceStaRR" Patil, all hailing from Mumbai and making waves in domestic LAN events.
S8UL Founder & CEO, Animesh Agarwal, expressed his enthusiasm:
“VALORANT is growing tremendously in India and globally, making this the perfect time for us to build a team that reflects S8UL’s vision and commitment to the esports landscape,” S8UL Founder & CEO, Animesh Agarwal, said. “We are confident that this team has what it takes to make a lasting impact, and we can’t wait to see them in action."
The team will be coached by Bhavin "HellrangeR" Kotwani, a veteran in the VALORANT community, bringing strategic expertise and leadership to guide the roster toward success.
With VALORANT's inclusion in the Esports World Cup 2025, S8UL Esports has set its sights on competing at the highest level. The Esports World Cup, scheduled to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, during July-August 2025, is a premier global tournament featuring multiple esports titles.
The partnership between Riot Games and the Esports World Cup Foundation ensures that VALORANT, along with other Riot titles like League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics, will be part of the event for the next three years.
Already established as a global gaming content powerhouse, S8UL Esports has multiple accolades, including wins at the Esports Awards and MOBIES. Their Pokémon UNITE roster secured a spot at the World Championship last year, highlighting the organisation's diverse competitive success.
“Joining S8UL is an incredible opportunity for all of us. With the organisation’s vision and support, we truly believe we can compete against the best in the world,” team captain Sagnik "Hellff" Roy said. “We are ready to put in the work, embrace the grind, and take on any challenge that comes our way. This is just the beginning and we are excited for what’s ahead.”
As S8UL Esports ventures into VALORANT, the organisation aims to set new benchmarks, create unforgettable moments for fans, and establish itself as a dominant force both in India and on the global stage.
