Kolhapur, Feb 5 (PTI) Hosts Mumbai FC blew away thechance to take the fourth spot in the points table as visitorsJCT Phagwara came from a goal down to draw the round 13I-League tie 1-1 at the Shahu Maharaj ground here.
After the first half remained goalless despite anaggressive show by both the teams, Mumbai FC broke theshackles through Ebi Sukore, who dribbled past two JCT playersand placed the ball safely into the post in the 57th minute.
However, a misunderstanding between Mumbai FC custodianAmit Singha Roy and a defender saw JCT�s Amandeep Singh takingadvantage as he planted the ball over the goalkeeper�s head tosnatch a point for the visitors.
Skipper Abhishek Yadav''s failure to extend lead in the60th minute and striker Henry Ezeh''s failure to convert a soloin the 70th minute proved crucial in the end as the hosts hadto settle for a solitary point.
Following the draw, Mumbai FC have 21 points from 13games and continue to be in the fourth place, while JCT have13 points from as many games.
